Service Description. This Site describes Executive Transportation, Airport Transportation, Pick-Up Service, Local Transportation Service, Black Car Service provided by Oxford Professional Car Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Oxford Professional Car Service or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Oxford Professional Car Service does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Oxford Professional Car Service arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Oxford Professional Car Service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. MS law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MS.

Modifications. Oxford Professional Car Service may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
